High Volume Production Kitchens
Utilise our experience in high volume commercial production facilities from design, fabrication to installation. These facilities prepare food for distribution. Kitchens are designed from goods inwards, storage, food preparation, cooking and processing through to packaging and distribution.Food processors, cookers, blast freezers, cool rooms, extraction systems, dish washing, benches and packaging equipment are all designed to integrate into the next stage of the production to deliver consistent quality food products with commercial efficiencies.
We have also developed smaller production kitchens in TAFE’s and schools where food is still processed in a production line and the food is consumed onsite. High volumes in short periods of time are factored into these types of kitchens.

Restaurants & Bars
Restaurants, bars and retail food outlets are custom designed with consideration to function, durability, maintenance and aesthetics. In retail and service outlets aesthetics places extra demands on quality finish, proportions and general ambience.Serving bars, beer fronts, glass washers, dish washers, refrigerators, freezers, food preparation equipment and exhausts must all be designed and manufactured within our client’s scope. Sharpline has vast experience manufacturing bars and restaurants throughout Australia including chain stores and some well known icons like the Regatta Hotel in Toowong.
Our knowledge and service includes complying with local government regulations.

Ice Cream Mixing Tables
We have designed and manufactured stone slab and marble slab ice cream mixing tables with self contained refrigeration (as used in Cold Rock Ice Creamery). Our designs are well proven in the market place.We can also supply and install all the ancillary items required for ice creameries: bulk storage refrigeration, general storage and benches.

Induction buffets
We have custom designed, manufactured and installed counter Induction Buffet food warmers for many hotels, clubs and for the mining industry. Induction buffets work using magnetism. The temperature is easy to regulate, they are easy to clean and energy efficient. -
Stainless Steel Benching
All kitchens, bars, food retail outlets and restaurants all require benches for food preparation and serving. All are custom manufactured to suit our client’s requirements. Some are integrated with sinks or include sinks and other washing facilities.Mobile benches and trollies, plain, refrigerated or heated can be fabricated to order. Racks and shelves can be integrated into the design.
Sharpline has also provided stainless steel benches for laboratories and hospitals.
